🥇Glamrock Gold Rush🥇

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Gold rum

0.5 oz Honey syrup

0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

Ginger ale

Ice cubes

Edible gold glitter or edible gold leaf for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gold rum, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Top off the glass with ginger ale for a bit of fizz and extra flavor.

Optionally, garnish the drink with edible gold glitter or a small piece of edible gold leaf for that extra glam factor.

1oz orange juice

0.25oz lemon juice

0.25oz grenadine

Orange twist

Combine the liquid ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and shake vigorously.  Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the orange twist, expressing the oils over the drink.

JAH45 18ct Gold Jamaican Rum. No this isn’t the same rum, I reviewed earlier this year. That was the JAH45 Dark Jamaican Rum. This is the 18ct Gold variant. Though if I am being entirely honest, when putting the two rums side by side they are of a very similar colour. The label is a different colour though.
