»INTERMITTENT FASTING UPDATE« 🌿 I had another day of eating in a 4 hour window.. not on purpose, it just happened like that today. I'm still having 1-2 weak cold brew black coffees from around 9-11am so that starves off some of the hunger.. plus I drink a lot of water. Today I ate from 1:30pm to about 5:30pm; just two meals, and the second was just rice crackers and PB+Jam. It’s now around 8:30pm and I’m going to head to bed around 9:30pm as I have training again in the morning. Feeling great!
