i dont like ceg discourse bc frankly it’s one of my comfort shows but.... in s4 with the roadtrip episode where darryl gets mad at rebecca when she RIGHTFULLY calls him out for spilling her mental health to a random cashier??? she WAS right. and darryl had no right to do that. i love them both but i hate that scene more than anything. she already gets enough hate for getting better in this season, bc yall cant handle the fact that a character you identify with chose to get better instead of using her disorder as an excuse

i’m a little iffy on this. on the one hand i’m glad that steve got his happy ending, but on the other i don’t like how it implies that steve just basically ignored everything about the whole shield being hydra situation and left his “best friend” to be subjugated to literal decades of torture and mind control

Daylight

Daylight: I have a mixed relationship with this song. It didn't do much for me at first, then I listened to the live from paris version and loved it so much, starting listening to the original more. But then somebody pointed out that some of the glitchy things in the outro which I really don't like so I'm back to not really listening to it much. I do think the sentiment is really gorgeous and I love the bridge! A very nice closing track thematically too. I'm planning to fully rerank every Taylor song after showgirl comes out and this is one song that I can't predict where it'll fall in my ranking.
