"I think I'm – I try to be – very much a team player. And I love, you know, when you're on the podium and you have the whole team down there, smiling and celebrating. Like, I love that, and I hate the reversal of it. Like when I made a mistake in qualifying or a race and I'm out of the race, and you come back and you're like, now they have to rebuild the car and take it all apart and make all these new bits. Like, that thing gets me so annoyed. And then, the complete reversal, and the contrast of when you're on the podium and seeing them and you're like, "damn, I just made them all proud", you know. That's a very cool moment, so. My motivation is my team. Um, and yeah, it's very much the same thing with anything, like, the happier you can make them, the happier I am kind of thing."
