Okay, so, @writingjourney mentioned something about a Secondo Hades and Persephone AU (and I am so so here for it) but mostly now I'm just rotating the idea of Primo as a Zeus-like figure. Like the fandom loves to see him as this generally mild mannered (or perhaps just generally stoned) grandpa, but is it not so much funnier to imagine him like Zeus? He's got this giant dong and his inability to keep it out of people is forever causing issues within (and without of) the Ministry, but no one can actually stop him because should he bestir himself his powers are terrifying to behold and he can shakes the heavens with his anger

Papa alcohol head canons

Because I'm apparently thinking about this now...

Primo: Beer nerd, got his cicerone after he retired from active papal duties, dabbled in brewing himself but ultimately decided he's happier drinking beer than making it. As mentioned in a previous post, has one-sided beef with the trappist monks

Secondo: Whiskey, specifically scotch--the stuff that when you open you can smell the campfire across the room. The photo of Secondo in a kilt when he did a distillery tour goes for an absurd price on the sibling black market

Terzo: His love of old cinema means that he got way too interested in prohibition and the rise of the cocktail. Keeps an extensive home bar and enjoys making his own cordials, syrups, and infusions. Makes himself 6 martinis to "keep up with Nora" when he watches The Thin Man...and can never quite remember how the film ends

Copia: Wine nerd, though he's spent enough of his life living outside of Europe that he's not an old world snob. Enjoys the nerdy, technical elements of tasting, meticulous in his grid, and gives phenomenal notes. However, is hyper-aware of how pretentious it seems and only lets himself really get into it around a few trusted people. The ministry wine cellar tripled when he becomes Papa
