Of course, if it were just him that wouldn't necessarily stop him, but he doubted she'd agree to go there. Letting out an annoyed sigh he rolled his eyes and levelled his head again. I've decided that the scariest character I've ever created is the New Torchwood dispatch computer. It decides what information Agents are allowed to have and is capable of lying to them. It also sets all their jump coordinates.
New question: in two thousand years the Agency will become corrupt. Are the "bad guys" the ones working with or against the computer?
