brodie’s parents are both retired olympians ( dad was a canadian gold medalist snowboarder , mom an american beach volleyball player ) who retired in a modest yet comfy malibu oceanfront home . unfortunately for his canadian father , there wasn’t much snow in los angeles , so brodie grew up spending all his time outside , connecting with his father over their shared love for sports on boards . he was quickly recognized as extremely talented , a once in a generation skater who drew attention both from the iconic hyphenated name ( which he publicly shortens to solely his mother’s maiden name , mccall ) .
known for his happy go lucky attitude & keen interest in pursuing every avenue available to him in life , he quickly rose through the ranks in the skate world . he was fairly unknown outside of the skate world until he started publicly dating a member within the gtk who had a large following of their own , which not only boosted his publicity but led to his induction into the gtk due to his charming nature . he isn’t particularly concerned with labels surrounding his fame , so his induction into the group wasn’t as much a surprise to him as a given , considering he saw the lot of them as friends already . thanks to his newfound cult following & sharp cheekbones , he was quickly asked to be the face of a new offwhite campaign ( before virgil passed , rip ) , which led to further involvement in the modeling world . he does it on the side , as skating is his first true love , but he finds it entertaining , not to mention how many beautiful women he gets to be surrounded by !

cricket is generally remembered for her less than ordinary name. what people also remember is mostly her father, patrick glendale, who ran for president two elections ago on the republican ticket. that didn’t work out at all, but it did make the glendale name quite something in politics. cricket studied journalism (her father was less than impressed, he wanted her to go into politics) and was then asked right out of high school to co-host ‘the opinion’ (like the view) and share her conservative views. cricket isn’t as conservative as her father but on that panel, she seems very much so. she is known to be quite uptight but she can also be every bit the son of a bitch her father is. she is a devout christian. after high school, she now lives part time in los angeles and part time in new york city, new york where ‘the opinion’ is taped.
