Starter for @pupil-of-law
On balmy Sunday mornings Aziraphale often opted to close his shop for the entire day to make some time to go out and walk around the city or one of London's parks. Despite having been the all parks multiple times already, he still got enjoyment out of visiting them. The wonderful colours of nature, smiles on the faces of people passing him by, and- Oh! A kid was being attacked by a bunch of swans. Quick! He's got to help the poor boy!
Thinking no one would see him, Aziraphale quickly lifted his hand and subtly waved it. Right at the moment he'd finished the motion, the swans seemed to calmed down. The boy was left alone and the swans returned to nearby waters. A sigh of relief came from the angel, hand resting on his chest. His relief, however, was short-lived.
When his attention drifted away from the boy, and back to the path to continue his walk, he noticed a man standing in the distance. Far enough for Aziraphale to not have seen him at first, but close enough to have witnessed the not-so-subtle-as-he-had-thought miracle the angel performed, according to the stunned look on his face. Aziraphale made eye contact with him, and in his panic only nervously smiled at him. Was he supposed to acknowledge what he did just did? It was safer not to, and just assume the man had never seen a swan before in his life. And yet, Aziraphale didn't want to pretent to be nescient to the situation. He's got to say something.
"Are you alright, mister?" Aziraphale asked the man politely when he had walked close enough to him.
