I saw your post about gongbin. I also think about them a lot. I also wonder if they're still the bestest bros. I wanna believe that they still bond together but privately (or not since hongbin is in military) especially the fact that hongbin deactivated his sns where we often see them interact before, aggh i miss those times. and maybe, they're keeping it private to avoid possible criticisms from people, you know, i still haven't forget about the bashing gongchan received before. I miss them and their interactions :(

I know he had his own controversy after being a drunk mess on Twitch, and that seemed to snowball into him then leaving the group and enlisting. So if they are still friends, I just assumed they're keeping it private to avoid any criticisms that may fall on either of them, like you said.
Just my personal opinion, I'm inclined to believe they really aren't too close anymore. Could be totally wrong, but just a hunch. They did seem to be genuinely really close, but it may have just been a move they felt was best for both of them. But idk, maybe enough time will have passed once Hongbin is out of the army that they'll feel more comfortable to meet up or more publicly joke around like before?
