I think I followed the suggestion on this until my ADHD took my attention elsewhere and then I steeped it for ???s, but mostly stayed at 90°C.

I’m also currently drinking the post-session cold brew.

Bai Lan Ye Sheng

Picked from wild tea bushes, produces a light, golden liquor with a smooth and mellow taste. A moment of tranquility, like sitting in a peaceful garden surrounded by blooming flowers. For me, this tea kicked off the summer.

Fuding Gong Mei White Tea Cake 2016

This white tea was harvested in 2016. Although it has been stored for a period of time, it is still in transition period. The original green color has faded and turned into yellowish-brown color. Meanwhile, the tea itself and the aroma are changing quietly.
