I keep finding pumpkin sprouts growing out of the gravel in the yard. They're from our Pumpkinpalooza carving party in October. We can learn a lot from nature. No matter where seeds get thrown, no matter how harsh the environment, they grow. Life finds a way. #KeepGrowing ✌🌱 #GoobsGarden
Today in #GoobsGarden: These are #MustardGreens and they are thriving in my #PalletGarden. They do well in heat and humidity and will survive any cold weather we get in this region. Bugs will not eat them. Neither will rats, which have decimated my #VerticalGarden this fall by eating all my spinach, cabbage and broccoli. (RAT JERKS!) Mustard greens are great in salads, cooked and also purify soil. They are full of Vitamin K and A and their peppery/mustard taste will take your sandwich game to the next level. If you are a novice gardener in Miami, these would be a great addition to your fall or spring planting. ♡ Just passing along the 411. #KeepGrowing 🌱🌿
Today in #GoobsGarden: 🐛 The chubbiest #monarchcaterpillars are on my #milkweed. I love to watch them chomp away. Also this song, "Ramayana" by #WillowBeats makes my life complete. 🌱 keep growing 🌱
