Confused noises rose from the two as Arn wrapped a blanket around their shoulders. Both instinctually held onto the corners of the blanket--warm, soft, inviting--and looked up at Arn with matching wide eyes.

Laine spoke first. “... What’s this for, Arn?”

Zane pulled the blanket a bit tighter around himself. “... Thank you.”
