Ginny has a plan. Ginny has had a plan since she was 5. Every night a Harry Potter adventure was read to her. She nodded in a the right places and kept her eyes wide but really? A child who can do literally anything? Boring! And worst yet they had to make him a boy. We’ll, she couldn’t just tell her mother that her Happily Ever After schemes weren’t going to fly but she could plan to prevent them. Playing Let’s Marry Harry with her friend Luna wasn’t practice for her but training for Luna. And every other girl close to her age she met she tried to plant that thought that Harry would be great for them. Now it’s finally her first year at Hogwarts and Harry not only has all the fangirls she’s created but he has a friend who’s head over heels in love with him already at his side. She smirked and rubbed her hands together. With Hermione now as it’s primary target, Operation Let Harry Marry Someone Else was going to be a piece of cake.

Ginny is in love with Harry. And not just because he's the BWL. He's awesome for real, and she wants to grow old with him. The only problem is he only has eyes for Hermione. Hermione is in love with Harry. She has been since Harry saved her from the troll and became her only friend. The only problem is that he seems to only have eyes for Ginny. When these two collide, eventually something has to give. So, Hermione suggests something that, at first, shocks Ginny to her bones. "Let's share him." Eventually Ginny grins: "Let's do it."

Harry has been spending a lot of time one on one with both Ginny and Hermione. Ex: flying with Ginny and studying outside with Hermione. It leads the two girls to wonder if he's been trying to low key date both of them. Harry laughs at the idea, stating that he doesn't have the moxie to try dating two girls at once. He barely has the nerves to date one at a time.

We've all read the sixth and seventh year stories where Ron and Ginny are revealed to have potioned Harry and Hermione to ensnare them, but it's rare to find one where Ginny was potioned, too. In this premise, she learns the terrible truth and realizes she's been nothing but a pawn for Ron and Molly to get Harry's fortune, and after she alerts Harry and Hermione, they work together to thwart the plot. Not a Harmony Plus story; Ginny is content to be Harry's friend when it's all over.

Ginny Potter has just learned the truth. Her entire relationship, 30years of marriage and three children, was all a sham. Reading her mother's diary which spelt out her misdeeds was heartbreaking. Finally seeing all those moments between Harry and Hermione that had irked her so during these past years for what they truly were. So she would hatch her own plan. Hermione would surely help. Ron had hardly helped her exercise her considerable intellect. If she made it out to be some big thought experiment, Hermione would devour it. Then, once she made it back, sometime around the Tournament maybe, she could work on helping Hermione get her soul mate. Then, perhaps, they'd all get a real happily ever after.
