BREAKFAST Two-egg omelet with ¼ avo and sautéed carrot, zucchini, broccoli stem, and grape tomato. Flavoured with hot sauce (0 cal, no sugar) and the usual seasonings. Coffee with a splash of almond milk.
LUNCH Golden delicious with 1 1/2T almond butter…I’ve been feeling anxious, so instead of emotional-eating I have no appetite.
DINNER Large miso soup, small wakame salad, and two pieces salmon sashimi.
BEFORE BED SNACK 1/2c nonfat cottage cheese with a packet of stevia and unsweetened cocoa powder frizzled over.
EXERCISE 45 mins Ballet Beautiful-HIIT-skipping-Pilates hybrid.
