Breakfast: two eggs; sautƩed zucchini and onion; salsa; 1/2 avocado, mashed Snack: 1T all-natural peanut butter (peanuts, coconut oil, chia seeds) Lunch: around 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 salmon fillet, and sautƩed onion, tomatoes, and carrot Snack: another 1T of the peanut butter (I need a different snack) Dinner: ground chicken breast, mixed with sautƩed onion-zucchini-carrot-tomato-cauliflower rice, topped with salsa and a bed of arugula-spinach mix
Calorie Breakdown: around 900 calories, not including vegetables
Exercise: - 20 mins FitnessBlender HIIT cardio, focusing mainly on the lower body - 15 mins of Ballet Beautiful thigh and butt exercises - several power walks throughout the neighbourhood

Tomorrow's Meal Prep!
Salad is complete: 150g purple cabbage, 4 leafs of lettuce (1 cup-ish), 1/2 white fish fillet, sunflower seeds. In the morning I will sprinkle on some lime juice. I am also planning on bringing an apple, iron egg, and possibly a cucumber. The shoot is supposed to go on for 12 hours, so I am a bit nervous as to how much food to bring. Perhaps I will cut up some more veggies, but I have an early start tomorrow and still want to get a workout in.
Dinner Part II: Bowl of homemade chilli! Made from tomatoes, sweet potato, carrot, both sweet and spicy peppers, mushrooms, onion, sunflower seeds, and avocado. I added in some leftover unsweetened black soy bean milk for some extra protein.
Spicy BBQ'd green beans from a street vendor near my house. Not sure what the sauce is, but I've been craving green beans since I got here.
