How do you think the different Scarecrows would be supportive to their child of they entered athletic competitions? Like- would Jonathan support them in the crowd? Hide int he shadows and watch? Ignore it?
(I want to know your opinions on BTAS, Year One, and Salecrow in particular if you dont want to do the majority of Scarecrows)
I love this question because in my mind, Jonathan is VERY supportive of his children. In canon his parents are not around, downright abusive or never mentioned.
He's the type of person who believes "I had a shit childhood, and I'm not letting the same thing happen to MY child"
Jonathan has never been a very sporty person, HOWEVER, he would wholeheartedly support his children's passions and hobbies. Sure, he'd still build then a giant library of books, but if they're into sports that just means more sport themed books.
He would totally go to games, and watch with excitement, he'd learn about whatever sport they were interested in, even buy a catching mitt to toss them a baseball. (Or whatever they end up doing, personally I bet he'd steer his kids towards track and field, wrestling or swim team. But again, he'd still let them have the final say)
Year One is probably the type to bring a book to read, only paying attention when his own kid is playing.
BTAS is a big time cheerleader and definitely one of those parents who makes a huge deal out of sports games, sometimes to the detriment of his own child (he means well, just gets excited)
Salecrow probably wears a disguise, I see him as very secretive, because not even batman knows what he looks like under the mask. He does show up to every game though, even if he hides in the back of the bleachers.
