It's super cool! Of course there some exceptions, like people with deep connections to the town see things anyway, it looks like. But again, children don't see anything. And even people who were VICTIMS of things can see things. /1

2/ Victims can see things, if they feel guilty and as though they can't escape from that guilt. Like there was one comic where a man with survivor's guilt was called out there, and managed to work through it via the town. It's just such a cool local.
