THE CATERING EVENT THO

so I cooked/catered with my chefs for the Belleza Italiana event and yo it was so awesome and fun

I plated all these little russian beet potato salad things, and then I helped with the reverse vitello tonnato and this sausage lentil thingy and like

me and my chefbros and line cookbros were just all shit talking and laughing and it was such a qt bonding experience we even like

toasted with redbull before/after the event

on a brighter note

i played monopoly with my brother and his girlfriend for a couple hours today.

twas really nice. even though i lost. but i still lasted pretty damn long, considering my only monopoly was the railroads.
