Had to come here and say I had one of the weirdest ideas pop into my head:
Adam,Herc,Poseidon,Jack,and Tesla...as underwear models.

Tesla and Poseidon (my god Poseidon would be soo high maintenance lol only the finest underwear) would do well of course they have attractive faces and! Hips 🤫🫣

Eat these foods to have better vision:
– Fish:
Fish has high vitamin A content that is essential for good vision.
You can cook a fish soup with zucchini and rice. I recommend to make it from catfish, but you can use other fishes as well.
– Aibika (Abelmoschus manihot) leaves:
Aibika leaves also has high vitamin A content in them. You garnish meals with stewed leaves.
– Apple-Beetroot Smoothie:
This smoothie enhances enzimatic reactions in the liver, and is rich in folic-acid and vitamin A. 163 calorie is in a glass of smoothie.
You will need:
– 100g/ 3,5 oz beetroot
– 150g/ 5,3 oz apple
– 1,5 cm/ 0,5 inch grated ginger root
– lemon juice to taste
Peel and chop the ingredients, then put them in a blender.
– Pineapple:
Pineapple has high zinc content in them that is also essential for good vision.
You can eat oven-fried chicken breast garnished with pineapple.
– Avocado:
Also a food rich in vitamin A.
You can make toasts with hard boiled eggs and avocado cream.
For the avocado cream you will need:
– half of a big avocado
– juice of half lime
– one clove of garlic, chopped
– some fresh cilantro greens, chopped
– salt and pepper to taste
Blend the ingredients into a cream.
– Banana-Spinach-Green tea smoothie:
This smoothie is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants. 112 calorie is in a glass of smoothie.
You will need:
– 100g/ 3,5 oz spinach
– 100g/ 3,5 oz banana
– 1 dl/ 0,4 cup green tea
Put the ingredients in a blender.
– Nettle (Urtica dioica):
Nettle is rich in the provitamin of vitamin A.
Cooked nettle does not sting, but be careful to touch the fresh leaves only in gloves. You can make a tea from nettle leaves, but if you want something more interesting to eat stewed garlic leaves with mayonnaise and garlic as a salad.
