ARLINGTON, Texas— Adrian Beltre went into this offseason pretty sure he had played his last game after 21 big league seasons. While he will miss baseball, Beltre says he is happy about his decision to retire.

Summary of my day

My dad grounded me. He made me get rid of all my books. I have go get a filling because of a stupid cavity. And my mom hit a dog while driving and killed it and I had an emotional breakdown right before an all day band rehearsal.

GBF Reveal New Lineup

GBF (previously known as Goodbye Friday) have confirmed a new band lineup, after lead singer Rocco Costanza parted ways with the band to explore his own musical avenues. GBF's new lineup includes Aaron Henriquez, Mark Braun, Anthony Arci, Austin DiBernard, and Brett Peza.

Our twitter and gmail have been blowing up. Thanks again for your support. In answer to some of your questions: We will definitely be back. We will be unveiling our new lead singer after the Summer. We will all be singing with 3 and 4 part harmonies. We will be working hard all summer to get our new songs, set and performance ready. Our new member(s) will be fully in sync when we return.

Also -- We will not be playing at any of the shows booked through the end of August. But, our good friends “Legend of The Fall” will be performing those shows instead of us. They are amazing! 5 teenaged brothers performing pop/rock (JD Alam, Skyler Alam, Levi Alam, Madison Alam and CaseyJones Alam). Please show them your support. Mark, Anthony and Aaron will be hosting the previously booked shows in September even if we are not playing them. We will be there right alongside Legend of The Fall. -Goodbye Friday
