Fell asleep 5 hours ago with the intention of a quick nap and now I'll be up all night packing😅 Yesterday was my son's 5th birthday party and last day of his Pre-K classes and I'm having all the feels because time is moving so fast🙃 It was also my last time seeing my mom and bestfriend for who knows when I'll see them next, moving halfway across the country I'm realizing everything I really will and won't miss. Anyways, the 1 day and 7 hour drive will begin tomorrow and we will be stopping in New Mexico to visit my grandma and the ranch we lived on (if any of my followers remember that😅). We will be driving through (Abq and Farmington) New Mexico, (Cortez) Colorado, (Moab and Salt Lake City) Utah, (Twin Falls and Boise) Idaho, (Bend and our new home Eugene) Oregon🚚

2 weeks and I'm going to be out of Texas!

This feels bittersweet knowing I'm moving to be safer and closer to family, but I'm leaving the place I was born and have called home for almost 24 years, all because of both the bigotry growing louder in the south again and my physical health (I developted heat hives- cholinergic urticaria- and it is only getting worse for some reason, gotta find a doctor)
