Fell asleep 5 hours ago with the intention of a quick nap and now I'll be up all night packing😅 Yesterday was my son's 5th birthday party and last day of his Pre-K classes and I'm having all the feels because time is moving so fast🙃 It was also my last time seeing my mom and bestfriend for who knows when I'll see them next, moving halfway across the country I'm realizing everything I really will and won't miss. Anyways, the 1 day and 7 hour drive will begin tomorrow and we will be stopping in New Mexico to visit my grandma and the ranch we lived on (if any of my followers remember that😅). We will be driving through (Abq and Farmington) New Mexico, (Cortez) Colorado, (Moab and Salt Lake City) Utah, (Twin Falls and Boise) Idaho, (Bend and our new home Eugene) Oregon🚚

Goodbye Washington state (for now)! We're officially on the Oregon Trail. Here's hoping the car doesn't tip when we try to fjord a river and that neither myself nor @enigma731 gets dysentery and dies.

Update:

I'll be in northern California the 7th-12th in the bay area to celebrate my mama and grandmas bday🌁 I'm so excited to go back to the Russian river and Bodega bay because they're two locations that make me feel most at peace🌊 ALSO, we're moving to Eugene, Oregon in April guys, APRIL!!! I'm so excited to gtfoutta Dallas, Texas🤠 After 22 years I'll finally be moving away from the only place I've called home... 2019 is starting off with only good transitions and I'm LIVING for it right now😊

these past couple months have been so fuckin stressful. I'm just glad to have Sky by my side and I'm SO HAPPY TO LEAVE FLORIDA!!

We live in Portland now....

My wonderful partner and I decided it was time to make our dream a reality. Last week we packed all of our belongings into a uhaul trailer and hit the road with our animals and a dear friend. Driving across country was an adventure to say the least. We practically raced here. My two favorite states, besides Oregon of course, were Utah and New Mexico. I watched the sun come up over the desert after a night full of falling stars. I fell in love with the diverse landscape of this country we live in. If only I could print photos from my brain.... 

Now we are here, home, in Portland. We have a little house in the North and we couldn't be happier. I have a cute office space with a big window and a new desk chair. My days have been spent job hunting and drinking the most delicious coffees and teas. 

I have never experienced life in a new city or state. Until now, Florida is all I have known. I am excited to grow here.
