I was a little hesitant to make my first #vegan #professionalconference one in #omaha but the @naspaaglobal careers conference has been excellent and I found plenty of vegan eats. Last night I ordered a #vegansausage pizza from @nightflightpizza — yum! And tonight... I took a Lyft to my favorite vegan cook book author’s restaurant. @isachandra @modernloveomaha #goodcrikey the #manhattanglamchowder was so flavorful and my #quesadilla was amazing. I’ll be flying home tomorrow with a big tummy full of yummy and a head full of great ideas. (at Modern Love Omaha)
