Good Friyay 14/04/17
With a weekday morning off I knew there was only one thing I had been craving - an outdoor long run. With a hectic schedule, fitting any long distances in has been a struggle! So I took the opportunity to get up early & catch the sunrise at Seapoint before a gentle plod along the promenade over to Camp’s Bay. Covered 10 miles & treated myself to a breakfast pancake at the end!
