We got the call that if we didn’t take him in he was going to be shot. He was SO incredibly happy to get that chain off. He has since found his forever home and is very loved. Today is my son’s 12th birthday. He chose to celebrate at McDonald’s for dinner. We gave him his presents there and as I was walking to leave, the young man in this picture stopped me and apologized for intruding and said he wasn’t trying to ease drop but he couldn’t help but overhear that it was my son’s birthday and that my son was $10 short for the Nintendo switch he has been saving for. I told him that yes that was true and he then asked me if he could give him the remaining $10 as a birthday gift. I told him absolutely and that he could go over there and give it to him. What you see here is the kindness of a complete stranger. My son broke down in tears which caused me to tear up which caused this young man to tear up. I am simply amazed at this. Kindness is still out there folks. I have no idea who you are young man but you just made my son’s day. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️💙 #GoodGoesRound
