Highlight of the coaching day, by far: Loz's @lozzie584 personal best squatting 91Kg x 4 reps. Unfair advantage, though: Bob Marley in the background took her home :) . Nothing can overshadow this highlight of the day. Not even that bit of a valgus collapse.
