When we started tele-therapy after Covid hit we were working on single words...we are now working on consistently using 3 word phrases 🥳! He still has a bit to go but good lord he has made amazing progress in a short period of time! I honestly think it’s because he isn’t home everyday with just me anymore. He has a house full of people he has to communicate with all the time now. Kind of a blessing in disguise I guess. I was in line to grab a #mangodragonfruit tea and The lady in front says “you can go, I haven’t made a decision”. So as I’m ordering, she says “you know what, I got this. It’s on me”. Since she already said her name to the cashier, I said “well since I already know your name, you have to tell me about yourself”. She has 6 boys and her youngest 2 are into gaming. The middle two are in high school, ones getting ready to graduate. 2nd oldest is in college for architecture and the oldest is an guitarist in a band. They are all artsy and she loves painting with #acrylics. I know this is long but I wanted to figure out why she decided to buy my drink. As we were talking she mentioned that a friend of the family lost a love one and that she felt she needed to put some good energy out. Sometimes you don’t know who you are going to run into in any given moment. And what they think positive energy is (buying my drink) will help the world in some way. And it did.
