Ironwitch, Qrowin, any ship go your choice!
For Ironwitch, I’ll do numbers 1, 4, 10 and for Qrowin numbers 45, 29, and 19
1- Both are fairly disciplined, but Ironwood is the military one. He tends to wake up naturally at dawn and will lay in bed just watching Glynda, if they’re in a good place with each other and have spent the night. They will fall asleep in each others arms, with Glynda’s head resting on James’ arm. She may or may not fall asleep reading most nights. One ritual they do keep up is breakfast together–he has coffee, with just a tad bit of milk, while she has her tea.
4-She thought he was the most handsome, snobbish, arrogant, funny man when their schools had a trial exchange program and his team came to Beacon. He thought she was the most infuriating, beautiful, talented, strong, and intriguing person on the face of the planet. Needless to say there was lots of energy but not all of it productive when they first met. Love at first sight is something that Ironwood’s romantic side believed in many months later, but Glynda considered herself far too practical for such nonsense.
10-If they’re going together somewhere they would normally have a chauffeur of sorts but if not he would drive. Glynda gets road rage. Neither are all that talented at cooking beyond field cooking but they make do together. Both keep their things clean and picked up enough that there’s no need to for to be in change of handiwork or cleaning. Seeing as how he’s a general and she’s a teacher/deputy headmistress neither really needs to worry about paying the bills but I feel like he would respect her enough for them to split it instead of being chivalrous and pushing to “provide”. Glynda hates dealing with regular human beings anyway let alone media. He was born to it it seems.
19-They tend to fight about little insignificant things like how he looked at her wrong in front of her superiors or how she needs to loosen up. Their real arguments are about serious things like were their duty lies more, to each other or their leaders. Qrow tends to leave gifts somewhere and hide and pouncing when Winter finds it, trying to finish thins up with whatever she’s int he mood for. Rather than give them, Winter actually leaves them and hopes the issue gets dropped. Qrow doesn’t push it because he knows that it’s as close to an apology she’ll come to. Kissing tends to be involved.
29-They trust each other to not die without saying those three words they’ve avoided for so long, so they assume that the other will at least let them know if there’s a majorly serious injury. However, more often than not, someone like Ironwood or Ozpin ends up passing the message of an ambush by grimm that ends up with one of them hospitalized. Winter is far too stiff and um…uptight to get sick so obviously when she does she’s in denial and is beyond grumpy. Qrow loves to take care of her but is a tired and too sober patient when its returned. Winter’s no less brusque with him all because he’s too weak to avoid illness.
45-In an ideal world where there’s no secret plots or political conspiracies or White Fang, only the occasional grimm if that, they’ve gotten past their major disagreements (I’m too old for you–you’re a commoner–etc.) and don’t care if the world knows they’re in love. They’re married and in Winter’s mind have 2 perfectly behaved children. In Qrow’s mind they have at least 5 rowdy monkeys who terrorize their aunts, blood related and adopted. But in reality, they know it will never happen; at least, not without some huge sacrifices. Besides, who says they’ll even survive what’s about to happen next?
