SUP boarded out pretty far in the lake. It felt like the middle, but ain’t no way it was. The other side still had boats offshore that looked tiny and buildings that looked even smaller. Even though the shore I paddled from was already tiny and I wasn’t sure where I paddled from. Monday Monday Monday

I was really considering not working out tonight. I went to bed late last night as I had to pick my parents up from the airport at midnight. And then up again at 630 for 8 hours of work.

But when I was home again I changed in to my workout clothes anway, and what do you know, I had a great workout. 50 min of kettlebell and weightlifting and 15 min of streching.

And of course, listening to Miss Jepsen, so I can dance and shake out between reps.
