Google disappeared, only Alphabet
After the stock market closed the trading session October 2 (US time), but we knew Google would disappear.
After the stock market closed the trading session October 2 (US time), the name Google Inc. which we knew would completely disappear. According to the latest statement, Google will merge with its parent company total shares traded under the name Alphabet of Alphabet.
However, the company will still exist and Google Sundar Pichai will remain CEO of the company, under the management of the parent company Alphabet and Larry Page. Hence, for ordinary users, the restructuring will not affect too much.
We will still be able to use the service’s previous search engine Google as Gmail or Google Maps. And even if you own Google stock, the valuation of the transaction and still nothing changed.
However, restructuring and mergers will cause major changes in the company’s internal. That was much earlier project by holding and managing Google likely will be separated, as the Android OS or Google Glass project …
We’ll wait and see the search giant will have to change how after restructuring.
