"You can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf." This weekend has been very fruitful, it's a blessing. It has allowed me to reconnect with myself one step at a time. It reminded me of the control that I used to have in my life, that I require no approval and validation. It affirmed that while I struggle in the midst of challenges, resilience and faith will get me through it all. God has spoken to me today. He told me not to forget who I am inside. He reminded me of His presence in my life. He has shown me the gifts that He has blessed me with.
