Heroic World War II PoW bull terrier honored for her services as a soldier comfort dog

A bull terrier who comforted and boosted the morale of captured Scottish soldiers in World War Two has been posthumously recognised and honored as a hero.

Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion Gordon Highlanders found Peggy as an abandoned puppy in Malaya (now Malaysia).
