These are photographs of Gordon Matta-Clark's photographs. Gordon was one of the first artists to document street art in New York City. Gordon died in 1978. These images are of the outside of White Columns gallery exhibit in the West Village (March-May 2025)

In 1972 Gordon Matta-Clark installed Rosebush, a rosebush surrounded by a gridded wrought iron cage, at St Marks Church in-the-Bowery in the East Village. In 2024 the work was "reactivated" when the Swiss Institute helped plant a new rosebush and put up a plaque.
I wondered what it's been up to the last 50 or so years, because who knew?
