And the Ysengrin families are finally making their appearance with the Goret, a Peasant family. They herd swines and the grandmother is an herbalist aka purveyor of healing soup/poisonous ‘shrooms (depends on the fee)

Before Val-de-Tréport: 

Bertille owned a thriving apothecary, and was famous among the nobility of the capital for her poisons (Guaranteed death in 24 hours, or your money back!). She was eventually questionned by the Watch after the murder of a young noblewoman, and they weren’t convinced by her tale of recipes for rat poison. She was banished and demoted to the Peasant class. To add insult to injury, Bertille, who was looking forward to some alone time, was banished along with her good-natured but hopelessly dopey son and her two grandchildren.
