Roasted garlic and herb twist as the 43rd bake from the 2016 Great British Bakeoff cookbook. The dough is sticky, I needed quite a bit of extra flour to work with it, but steps are relative simple. The challenge is to do the twists nicely than lift it into the baking tray. Luckily I had all the herbs in my garden, so it was easy to use the fresh ones for the Gorgonzola filling. The bread is surprisingly big, not a little narrow twist, great with butter.
