Kamen Rider Gotchard's villain, Clotho's chest symbol was similar (or related) to Gorma Tribe symbol from Gosei Sentai Dairanger.

If it had been a top ten villains of all time, you can bet I would have added a member of the Gorma Tribe from Gosei Sentai Dairanger.  In fact I know exactly which one:

Akomaru!  That kid was seriously messed up and spent almost all of his time tormenting people he wouldn’t have had he known their secret.  Totally tragic bad kid. 

Plus, for a child actor, he pulled off the menace well. Evil little kids are always creepy!

Trivia

The Triumvirate (Shadam, Gara and Zydos) wore costumes that were possibly inspired by BDSM.

Akomaru's servants, the Three Hell Ladies (地獄の三人官女; Jigoku no Sannin Kanjo), are loosely based on the dolls known as the Three Court Ladies (三人官女). The latter are commonly seen on the second platform of Hinamatsuri displays.

The Four Heavenly Kings are four gods in Buddhism. In Japan, they are known as the Shitennou (四天王). Each member serves and watches over one of the four cardinal directions.

Other notable members of the Gorma Tribe are Akomaru's monster bodyguard Ikazuchi (イカヅチ; Ikadzuchi), First Lieutenant Shiryuu (Shiryuu Chuui; 子竜中尉) and Chief Officer Kaku (嘉挧参謀長; Kaku Sanbouchou). Ryou's father and the previous Ryuu Ranger, Chouryou (張遼), joined the Gorma after conceiving two children with another human.
