Every day is a struggle for survival here in the Gorom refugee settlement. Many of us live in shelters made of sticks, plastic sheets, and thatch homes that can barely protect us from the rain, sun, or wind. Life here is extremely hard, with very limited access to food, clean water, and medicine.
Despite all this, we still hold onto hope, hope that with a little support and kindness from caring people like you, we can rebuild our lives with dignity.
