im curious, what kinds of bugs love the cold and thrive in it?

Many kinds! There are mites, beetles, flies, moths, spiders, millipedes, isopods, crickets and all sorts of other arthropods - even some velvet worms! - that can be found up on extremely cold mountaintops or in chilly temperate forests and will die if they’re brought to warmer temperatures.Then there’s certain springtails, crane flies, and creatures called ice crawlers that need to be in outright frozen conditions to live. We have one ice crawler here in Oregon that lives only in caves cold enough to have permanent ice in them.

I cried while writing it ibr ;0; it’s really painful in a way, that I’ll probably never have closure about the other person, but life is full of things like that.. all you can do is move forward.

yeah tumblr made that a thing like a year ago or so, where you can't put any links to outside websites on any posts or it's invisible in the tags. I think they did it to prevent spam bots in the tags but it ruined things for a lot of artists

ooooouuufgghhh i remember seeing that come out, but for the longest time like... i was fine??? my posts did seem to appear in tags both on desktop and mobile regardless of my links??? it’s only just started to happen??? and i feel like screaming ughhhh
