2014 Tumblr's Biggest Loser
So last week I weighed myself, not knowing it was an off week...
I was at 143...YAY!
Well this week was an emotional rollercoaster of a week, so I binged a little bit, and I also had a shitty workout. These things happen. Well I weighed myself this morning and got 146. Which was my weight 2 weeks ago..
I am so happy. I know it's a gain, but it's not a terrible one. It's one that I can [and will] bounce back from.

Today I went to the InKAS (international korean adoptee services) guest house near Hongdae for a Han Yak consultation. The "doctor" said my anxiety, and fatigue was caused by a disruption in my Qi and that something was blocking my downward energy. So i received acupuncture in my right hand and right foot, a bag of herbal medicine, and was told to comeback next month but I'm kind of skeptical. In the meantime i'll listen to Zodiac to rebalance my Qi.
