But, since there are so few licensed dispensaries, many are worried about the possibility of a shortage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a result, the Nevada Tax Commission is looking to implement and emergency rule to consider more applicants for distribution licenses.
