im about to do something really funny like

1. A coworker of mine shined light on how in America, when people greet each other.. there’s always the question of “how are you?” Whether we care or not to listen to the other person’s response.. whereas in my coworkers country, they simply say hi and then carry a conversation if they actually Care to hear what the other person has to say.

2. Another coworker asked me ‘how are you?’ Usually I say I’m good and ask them the same question in return.. ya know.. being polite and whatnot? Yesterday was the first time I was actually honest and was just ‘meh’. They stopped their conversation with another coworker and was just like “alright hold on, lemme see why this is”. I was surprised, like I barely know you and you wanna know why I’m not okay? How sweet. But then I was like “yeah today is okay but could be better” but they respond with “you can be good or not good, not in between”. 🤔
