Inktober Day 22 — Vampire Hotel

There are rumors about a place where all the noble vampires meet every hundred years to discuss the domination and extermination of the human kingdoms. This place was called The Hotel. There is always an inconsistency about the description and location of this building according to witnesses, but there is only one detail that is in every rumor about this place: the blood-red windows.
