#gotham redesign

Hi! I redesigned Eduardo Flamingo from Gotham because I'm sorry but they just straight up deyassified him,, like look he is one of the most flamboyant villains in the comics and then Gotham just made him look so boring compared to his comic-book counterpart (he wasn't pink enough) so I had to do something about it

And since his Gotham self is basically supposed be a younger version of the Flamingo we see in the comics, I decided to pretty much just combine the design he got in the series with the one from the Grant Morrison comics
