            ❛  DUNCAN  and  i  would  be  on  our  second  fight  already  ,  ❜   chin rests in palm ,  brown eyes staring at the floor longingly .  it was almost as if she missed the delinquent.  ❛  i wonder how he’s doing . .  .   ❜  part of her knew his arrest was inevitable and at the time she felt vindicated ,  but now  ?  she just felt . . .   empty .

from gothjournaled: talk 2 me about gwen and courtney on vday (eyes emoji)

         !!!!  ok so i definitely feel like that they’re able to salvage at least some kind of distant friendship after ending on bad terms once total d.rama was over and that that it took a lot of them talking through their issues in order to get back to something civil.  but valentine’s day is a day that courtney feels particularly down and impulsive, it’s when she wants to reach out to duncan the most and gwen is there to stop her from making that potentially disastrous decision, reminding her that he isn’t worth it. the fact that despite everything, gwen is willing to keep her best interest at heart, means a lot to courtney; she doesn’t really have any friends and gwen fills that void. 

      so off to dinner they go for a girls night out, pouring out toasts for everyone they fuckin hate from their reality tv days before stumbling into a lyft together and crashing on the plush rug at courtney’s apartment.  they fall asleep cuddling,  make up smeared,  ghosts of drunken smiles on their lips.    //   @gothjournaled.

        her silk robe and slippers are pulled on as she leaves her bedroom.  it’s simultaneously both too early and too late to be awake, but lindsay can’t sleep. she doesn’t know why; the pillows are comfortable and her bed is so big -- chris wasn’t so bad, even if the last time she had felt the need to thank him was season one with her marshmallow wax.  but this place is finally the treatment they deserve; they’re stars now, after all.

        she’s not expecting to see gwen in the kitchen, and it shows by her jump and startled little noise.  “oh my god, gwen -- i totally thought you were a ghost!  what are you doing up?”
