21 and 17 because I want recs and I am SUCH A FOOL FOR PRIDE

17. have you ever been to pride? if so, what was your first pride like?

I haven’t! It’s really tragic, the timing just hasn’t worked out in the past, or I had work, or I was out of the country. I live in a university town and we tend to do a secondary pride in August because all of the gays migrate to the biggest city in the state for pride, so I’ll probably go to that! I’d love to go to pride in Portland, San Francisco, or Seattle one day. 

21. what’s your favourite lgbt+ movie?

alfdjk this is hard because I don’t watch a lot of movies, lgbt or not, I tend to watch more tv shows. It’s not really a movie, but it’s almost feature film length -- San Junipero from Black Mirror. I also love RENT! I have a huge list of movies to watch, but I never get around to it.

...yeah, so I think there was a miscommunication here. I’m not talking about current irish immigrants but historical. My point being if you’re of irish descent in north america it was not long ago that you were the villainized no good lazy immigrant stealing people’s jobs. So it’s not just an extra shitty thing to be anti-immigration but also staggeringly hypocritical.

This! It’s just the cartilage that’s fractured and nothing’s visibly out of place so it’s not a big deal, but explains why twelve days later everything Still Feels Wrong. And also why I have been having to avoid wearing my glasses as much as possible. Which is a nuisance.
