Good evening everyone! How are you doing? Just want to share two things before the day draws to an end. Swipe Left 👈🏾 to read or see comment section below 👇🏾 1 - I want to commend the staff from the Barbados Electoral Commission, The Ministry of Industry Science and Technology who were stationed at Christ Church Parish Church Hall for the seamless way in which they ensured those present were registered for their new Trident Identification Cards. Everyone was extremely courteous while displaying a high level of professionalism. Upon arrival I was sanitized greeted with a bright good morning & asked for my documents. My documents were taken photocopied & returned to me in less that 5 minutes ( I kid you not). The line moved swiftly with each seat sanitized after usage. Once I got in front of the officer she checked my ID, made me verbally confirm my details which She then doubled checked to make sure everything was accurate. I was also finally able to ensure they spelt my middle name spelt right as written on my birth certificate (this was a big deal to me ❤️). Finally it was time to take my photo, another assistant asked I would like some tissue ( I thought that was really kind of her). I dabbed my face and tried not to skin my teeth! I have to say the officer did a great job! The photo looks nice. I was given a date to return and wished a good day. I thanked them and wished them the same! I found that the TEAM present worked cohesively. This is important since some people were taking time out out of their work day to get their photo IDs taken. I appreciate them valuing the time of others while maintaining a high work ethic! Well done!! 2 - While waiting I met someone …..yup a random stranger who also came to get her new Trident ID. We got to talking about life and how sometimes we get trapped in careers. This individual is fluent in multiple languages. She has a BA in foreign Languages & a MA in international translation. When she told me that she was In her present job for 19 years without being promoted I saw a look of despondency in her eyes. #thechasefiles #stephaniefchase #beencouraged #gowhereyoucanflourish #dontletfearholdyouback https://www.instagram.com/p/Ce7FJfvpy5tnnhFMYtfJuOCbFgasAFnxJwmPcw0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
