Loved the chapter of stucco hearts, it really surprised me. It did however got me thinking; if someone were to have children with someone who's not their soulmate, what happens next, when the parents meet their soul mates and stuff?

Actually, the situation that you've just described is exactly what happened to Annabeth, if you'll remember. Her mom didn't have a timer, her dad met Elise, and she was caught between the two families. I believe that it would work much life divorce-- time shared between parents, or one parent just raising the kid. I do feel that, in a situation like Annabeth's (where one parent doesn't have a soul mate), the kid would go to the parent with a spouse in the vast majority of situations.
