Its been a long fitness journey for me. As a long time athlete I always here that I am naturally in shape and my tone and definition are based on my genes. In my new workout mix I showed highlights of my transformation from 162lbs, 12% body fat to 183lbs, 8% body fat. It takes longer for results to show when you are in shape and sometimes they aren't as drastic as the before and after pictures you're used to seeing, but results are results. It doesnt matter how in shape you are you can always be better. Never be content. Progress should be a daily obsession because once you get off the road of progredsion you start the path of regression.
