We’re back to bring you another bumper issue of Blake’s 7 goodness! You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll wonder why you’re still here a year on my god has it really been a year? A YEAR?! WHAAAA
Well, sit down, stop screaming, uncover those ears and listen!
We’re looking for your best, most tantalising works to showcase in this highly respectable, legitimate publication! Fic, art, filk, games, memes, interpretive dance step guides - so long as it can be printed on paper, we want it!

The details:
Just like last year, we will be making a digital PDF and A4 print copy of the zine (print copies will be available through Lulu.com around the $15USD mark not including postage as is print cost only - no profits are made through these sales! See The House Always Sins March 2021 for more details or to get your own copy - highly autographable collector’s item!)
No word limit - hooray! We are happy to take any sized submissions, within reason. Go on, test our reason.
For non-fic written submissions, keep in mind that your layout should fit on an A4 page.
Gen/slash/het/whump/gore/vore/fluff/crack - whatever you like! The only things we will NOT accept are any works with racism/sexism/ableism/LGBTQI+phobia/pedophilia or underage content or anything else along these lines. If you are unsure, please ask us! The editors’ decision on this is final.
Please, no character bashing. We are here to enjoy all the weird and wonderful creatures in B7. Yes, even Jarvik. Whump is okay. Whump is vital.
Crossovers and related media HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! This year, we are opening up the floor to any submissions from smaller, related fandoms. This is an open invitation to drag out that old Star Maiden’s fic you wrote in a shameful drunken haze last Christmas, or dust off the Morgan’s Boy/B7 crossover that you promised you wouldn’t start writing while you were making a fanzine that shall not be named here for privacy purposes. We will be a bit more strict with this rule: your fic/art should feature the B7 actor from the show in question (we are a B7 fanzine, after all!). Again, if you’re unsure, just message us!
Extra details for visual submissions:
Please make sure your submissions fit an A4 layout or smaller. The print version of the zine will be using a bleed, so if your submission is a full-page piece, the edges may be slightly trimmed. To avoid this, you are welcome to submit a print-friendly version of your art (or just don’t draw any super-important details too close to the edge of the pic ;) ) For reference: A4 is 3508px by 2480px, or 3579px by 2551px with the bleed we'll be using.
No screenshots or copyrighted images - the likelihood of being sued/taken down is very low, but let’s keep it as safe as possible. Manips that are sufficiently different from original material are welcome! (Not sure? Check out the rear cover of The House Always Sins. We haven’t been sued yet, so that’s probably fine!)
Other types of submissions such as filk/games/etc. are welcome and encouraged too - be as creative as you like!
All works should be original and not published already online or elsewhere. Collaborations/remixes/translations are welcome! But please make sure to provide confirmation that you have okayed any such works with the original work authors as well before submitting. We WILL be asking for proof!
Our deadline for submissions is February 28th 2022, for a release date of March 31st 2022!
