On February 14th, 2016, a new member joined our GPT site. Since that day, this member has become one of Grindabuck’s highest earning members and we are proud to have him with us. Earning over 488,000 Grindabucks since he signed up, rivdee has agreed to share with us a little insight into his earning success! We asked rivdee 5 questions, and this is what he said:
Q. When did you join Grindabuck? How much have you made in rewards since you signed up?
rivdee: I joined in February of 2016, just celebrated my anniversary on the site. Since I signed up I’ve made $4,880 (488,000 in grindabucks) through tasks, surveys and all of the sites competitions.
Q. Do you have any daily routines? How do you approach earning on the site?
rivdee: I have some routines I get going in the morning; printing coupons on some of the offerwalls on the site (radium 1, offertoro, etc.) and then a general scouring of the walls to see what newer offers have popped up that are easy. I feel it helps to get a few hundred gabs in the till before I start getting into surveys.
As far as an approach to earning, I have a set amount in my head that I like to make - if I can make at least 1000 a day it ends up being over 30k for the month. It also helps to look at the leader boards to see what everyone else is making that day as a benchmark to get to once I go over the 1K goal.
Q. What do you believe is the main difference between the amount you are earning, versus other members who might be earning less? Time? Skill? Luck? Endurance?
rivdee: A little of each. I’ve been involved in the GPT world for a long time, so some things are easy for me to convert consistently (lifescripts for example), than others. If you are determined to hit a certain number of gabs every day, and are willing to plow through the tougher days, you can do it. Survey grinding can be frustrating due to the amount of failures you will go through every day, but the rewards in the end are worth it.
Q. Do you have any tips or suggestions for the newer members who are just starting out?
rivdee: Work ethic & patience are important. If you have those qualities, the best tips are as follows:
Don’t get frustrated when an offer doesn’t convert the 1st time; some of the lifescripts, insurance spotters, etc. take multiple attempts. If you’re willing to sit through that and knock all of them out, you’ll be surprised how much you can make.
Give honest answers on surveys; if you try to take every survey on the board and lie about your career for example, they WILL catch you as your survey profile builds. Stick to what you know and there will always be available surveys for your demographic.
Keep an eye on the task ticker; sometimes people start converting newer easy offers that you hadn’t spotted yet, or older offers that might have frustrated you in the past (which finally start to credit). A lot of times, a big value survey hits opinion network and I haven’t noticed it, but if I see a few people getting it in the ticker it immediately drives me to that section of the site.
Never hesitate to ask for help in the chat; everyone here is more than willing to take time out of their day to help everyone else earn. Even veteran members like myself have trouble converting certain types of offers and you can learn something new every day.
Q. Why do you choose to spend your time on Grindabuck over other earning sites?
rivdee: I stumbled upon Grindabuck through a member of another community and decided to check it out. I think, overall, this is the best GPT site on the market hands down...in terms of available offers & total amount of walls, the community itself, the VIP system & the leader boards.
Even as someone doing this for a while, it takes time to feel out the community and feel comfortable - not just doing the work, but being a part of the place. Grindabuck made me feel welcome from day 1. The site has grown so much since I first signed up, and I look forward to it only getting better in the coming years.
